Welcome to Dr Petals - the home of high quality Organics For Animals. We believe passionately that animals deserve the best care we can give them.
So much so that we grow and wildcraft almost all the ingredients for our animal products on our own Ecocert certified Organic Alabrena, in the gloriously unspoilt Herault region of Southern France.
We use only the finest, purest ingredients because the higher
the quality of the plant material, the higher the therapeutic
value. We also make all our products with love, by hand. This
ensures a superior product that is entirely free from man made
chemicals.
Our Mission is to give animals back their access to Nature's
Medicine Chest and offer them the plant essences they would as
little as 50 years ago have been able to choose for themselves from
the wildflowers that once grew in our hedgerows, on verges and
field edges but which are no more, thanks to urban sprawl and
intensive farming.
Over the coming months we shall be introducing new health care and grooming ranges for the general public and animal healers to compliment our very popular Elixirs, which are well-established as a gentle but effective way of helping to heal mental stress and other common behavioural problems in animals.
Alabrena has its own Courses Centre and Retreat where we run workshops and courses related to the power of plants to heal. Out most popular course teaches private individuals and alternative health practitioners alike how to Make Your Own Organic Beauty Products.
We teach aromatheraphy at different levels and will be running weekeds to provide education in Aromatheraphy and Pyytotheraphy for animals. These courses will be avaiable to animal owners, carers and health professionals alike.
